IIABA ACT Future Issues Conference
This past Friday and Saturday, I had the distinct privilege of facilitating the IIABA ACT Strategic Future Issues planning session in Tampa. Over 75 agents, carriers, vendors and consultants participated in the day and a half event. On Friday I presented a status update on work being done by the Web 2.0 ACT workgroup along with Mike Wise. Mike is with IdeaStar and describes his work as, “Insurance Web Technology meets Sales and Marketing – unique translator between two very different functions.” Instead of my blogging about the conference, I would encourage you to go to Mike’s Blog and read his excellent review.
