 Being an Education Director at the State level, I have had the pleasure of participating in and learning from Rick Morgan at National IIABA Conferences over the past couple years.   Most recently, Rick facilitated a two part informative session at our annual insurance agents convention about the importance of driving brand awareness through digital marketing.  First, he shared with the audience the key steps that must be taken to be successful at social marketing.   For the second part of the session, Rick led a panel of agents to talk about and share their own social media experiences (the good and the bad) with the audience. What were their biggest challenges?  What lessons were learned?  How do they measure success? And much, much more! 

 Rick kept the session on track, the audience was engaged and he was extremely thorough in his preparation and presentation.
